Membership Form

To become a member of HCVS, or renew your membership you can now use our online membership form below.

Membership is open to everyone; you certainly don’t have to own a vehicle.

You will be welcome at one of our 6 regional monthly meetings (Click on the areas tab above), where you can meet other enthusiasts and see presentations.

All HCVS members receive 8 illustrated club magazines per year, written by members, for members, delivered to your door.

Owners of vehicles over 20 yrs old can request to join HCVS running events across the UK such as The Ridgeway Run, London to Brighton, Sprat and Winkle and Tyne Tees etc.

Vehicle owners also have access, at extra cost, to the HCVS members insurance scheme, managed by Verlinge; importantly, a recovery service is included in the standard HCVS insurance cover.

Data Privacy Statement

Your information will be held securely on paper and the membership computer system. It will be used for the purpose of running the Society in support of our charitable objectives. And we may contact you by electronic communication methods, or post. You will receive the HC News magazine periodically which may have adverts in its pages and you will have access to the hcvs.co.uk website and the Facebook page. Your information will not be transferred to any other organisation for marketing purposes. And will only be stored on line as long as legally necessary and then deleted from the system. The HCVS Data Privacy Policy is on the website and in HC News.
