THE ROUTE

The route for the 55th Trans Pennine Run 2026 is confirmed as follows;

Starting at Birch Services M62 Westbound OL10 2QH from 7:30am What3Words pass.adding.gosh

Leave Birch Services West by the service entrance and turn left

At the junction turn left onto the A6045 towards Heywood

Turn right onto the A58 by The White Lion - Follow the A58 through Rochdale towards Littleborough signed Halifax

Turn left a the traffic lights in Littleborough on A6033 for Todmorden

Turn right at the roundabout in Todmorden signed A646 Halifax - follow the A646 along the Calder Valley until you meet the A58 at King Cross

Follow the A58 towards Halifax town centre signed Leeds. This goes over the Burdock Way flyover

At Orange Street Roundabout turn left signed A629 Keighley - The A629 climbs out of Halifax and over teh tops throught Denholme

Turn right at the mini roundabout in the village of cross roads - continue along the A629 into Keighley

Continue into Keighley and at the roundabout take the second exit. The road turn left along North Street signed A629 Skipton

At the roundabout take the second exit then turn left onto the dual carriageway signed A629

As you approach the next roundabout you need to be in the right hand lane signed A629 Skipton

At the roundabout take the first exit, Skipton by-pass signed Settle - Observe the dark coloured HGV sign for Skipton Cattle Market

At the roundabout where the A59 and A65 converge, take the fourth exit

At the roundabout turn right into CCM/Skipton Cattle Market

Finish at Craven Cattle Market, Skipton BD23 1UD
